Routine inspections can help prevent big problems down the road. Rental property inspection helps to maintain the condition of the property. There are several types of inspections that are done when renting a home.

Move-in inspection - The tenants use a move-in checklist to document any issues with the property.

Move-out inspection - This inspection helps the property management compnay to determine the condition of the property when the tenant moves out.

Routine inspection - These inspections are generally conducted every 6 months to ensure that the property is in top condition.

The reason to perform any type of inspection throughout the time the rental is occupied, is to protect the owner and tenant. Make sure you pick a reliable prospect that has been screened properly, meets all requirements, and policies of your company.
