Make sure you drink enough water. Some people don't like water, so they add limes, lemons, berries, or other fresh fruit. Set yourself a schedule to drink so much water a day. Why drinking water is a positive: good for brain activitiy, skin, hair, and keeps your body full of energy. Our bodies are 60% water by weight, and proper hydration is absolutely essential for overall health. With increased temperatures and outdoor activities comes incresed water loss, through sweating and evaporation as your body works to stay cool. Water is truly the best choice.
