Floods - TURN AROUND, DON'T DROWN!
Flooding is a temporary overflow of water onto land that is normally dry. Floods are the most common natural disaster in the United States. Flash floods can come with no warning.
Safety tips:
Do not walk, swim, or drive through flood waters.
Stay off bridges over fast-moving water.
Protection is the best, evacuate if told to do so, move to higher ground, and/or depending on your loaction stay where you are.
